About
Fink & Platt restores, expands, and furnishes historic buildings and spaces for individuals and cultural organizations in New York City, the Hudson Valley, and on the East End of Long Island.
We decipher the intrinsic qualities of existing buildings, enhancing their character while upgrading their infrastructure, and take cues from their architectural language and details to inform our work.
We create enduring buildings and meticulously crafted interiors that integrate bespoke finishes, furnishings, and décor with our modern architectural design sensibility to create harmonious and serene spaces for daily living.
We embrace restoration and renovation as the foundation of our sustainable approach, and we believe in using authentic materials that are durable and timeless.
By assembling and leading a collaborative project team through all steps of design and construction, including feasibility studies, budgeting, approvals, construction documents, construction, and beyond, we deliver thoughtfully designed and seamlessly executed interiors, buildings, and landscapes for our clients.
We design timeless spaces for historic places.
